The SkinVive treatment can be done during your regular Botox appointment and only takes an additional 10-15 minutes. The skin is numbed with a topical numbing cream for 5-10 minutes, then it is disinfected to prep for the treatment. SkinVive is then injected in a grid pattern on the cheeks, chin and upper lip using very tiny needles. Because of the numbing and small size of the needles, the treatment is virtually painless. There is minimal to no downtime with this treatment.
