We offer full consultations with our physician, nurse practitioner, registered nurse, or medical esthetician if you are unsure which services or treatment plan is right for you. A complimentary mini consultation is always done prior to any treatment in order to ensure your results are aligned with your expectations.

All cosmetic services must be paid in full on the date the service is performed unless otherwise pre-arranged. We accept payment by cash, debit card, and Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
Cancellation Policy. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we do not double book our appointments and your appointment time is specifically set for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice (2 business days). You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with no charge any time before 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Same day cancellation or appointment changes will be charged $100 per service. If you call within ONE HOUR of your appointment, do not call to cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged $150 per service. Appointments that are 15 minutes late are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee. An appointment that does not have their intake forms filled out prior to the visit needs to come in at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to allow time to fill out the forms and to avoid a $100 rescheduling fee. If your treatment required a deposit, you will not be charged the fee but will instead forfeit your deposit.
