A series of 3-4 treatments is usually required for best results. The advanced Secret RF treatment is a microneedling treatment that is more aggressive for more visible results and tightening. Most of the online photos seen have been treated using this advanced setting. There is a couple more days of downtime with this treatment but results are undeniable. This treatment includes prescription after care products for improved healing and recovery.
Secret RF is an easy, safe and effective procedure that can be performed in the office using topical numbing cream. We also offer the Pronox system as an add-on service to help make the treatment as comfortable as possible. This is highly recommended to patients receiving the Secret RF. To achieve the optimal effect, 3-4 Secret RF treatments are recommended. You’ll start to notice results after your second treatment, but optimal results appear 3 months after the last treatment. In some cases, if the patient is able to tolerate a higher setting during the advanced treatment, results may be achieved in as little as one treatment!

+ What is the treatment like?
Secret RF is a easy, safe and effective procedure that can be performed in the office using topical numbing cream. During the
treatment, you will feel a heating sensation and some pressure on the treatment area. For most patients, the treatment can be very tolerable if the Pronox system is added on. If you choose not to use the Pronox, your physician will work with you to maximize your comfort level. Prior to the procedure, your provider will apply a numbing cream to the treatment area to increase comfort during the treatment.
+ How many treatments will I need?
Patients typically need 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results. Most patients report seeing improvement after the second treatment however results are optimized 3 months after the last treatment. For patients receiving the Advanced treatment, results can be seen in as little as one treatment!
+ How long do the results last?
Results vary based on the individual. To maintain results, maintenance treatments are recommended every 12-18 months.
+ What can I expect after my treatment?
After the treatment, you will be asked to refrain from wearing make up for several hours. Any minor redness or swelling resulting from treatment will subside within 12-24 hours, other areas that were targeted during treatment may take longer to subside. After 48 hours after the treatment, you can expect to return to normal activities.
