Photo Submission
To be considered for the Full-Face Enhancement Model Treatment Plan, models must submit clear, high-quality photos showcasing their facial features. Follow these steps to ensure your application is complete:
Submit Photos for Consideration:
Front View: Take a clear, high-resolution photo of your face from the front. Ensure that your entire face, including your forehead and chin, is visible.
Side Profiles: Submit both left and right side profile photos to highlight your facial structure from all angles.
Neutral Expression: Photos should be taken with a neutral expression (no smiling) to provide a clear view of the treatment areas.
Lighting & Background: Use natural lighting where possible, and ensure the background is plain (white or neutral) to avoid distractions.
Photo Quality Requirements:
Photos must be taken without makeup or filters to ensure accurate assessment of your natural features.
Avoid shadows and ensure the image is well-lit to show the contours of your face clearly.
Email Your Submission:
Once your photos are ready, send them to artaviconsult@gmail.com with the subject line “Model Treatment Plan Application.”
Include your full name, phone number, and a brief description of any previous cosmetic treatments you’ve received (if applicable).
Selection Process:
Dr. Desai will review all submitted photos to assess eligibility based on our model treatment criteria.
Please allow up to 10 days for the review process. You will be contacted via phone or email if you are selected to move forward.
Eligibility Reminder:
Keep in mind that models who have received filler within the last two years are not eligible for this offer.
